Helpful staff team and cheap breakfast. The room was brand-new and huge and the beds were comfortable.

Always a pleasant place to stay, high quality food, beautiful location. Room was non-smoking and compact; bed was perfect. Outstanding views out over marina. Location so close to Captain Hook and the ferry terminal and the harbor. Gran puerto was also near the hotel. The staff were eager to help and provided amazing customer service: )

By and large, it was little place. I loved the room, the bed was comfy.

Relaxing view, everything was very comfortable. Professionalism from the whole staff. The gardens were green here. Besides, the parking was onsite.

We loved the strategic location, and the phenomenal staff. Had absolutely perfect standard room with air conditioning and a working AC plus double bed. The staff did all they can for a restful stay. The downstairs bar was amazing and the drinks were local.

Easy location, staff were understanding! Fairly clean and functional hotel in Puerto Juarez district. I slept so comfy in the lovely bed. The pool was well-maintained and the garden — lovely.

Stuff was classy, I appreciated it. You could walk to the shops and supermarket. Strong drinks at pool bar, EFFICIENT service.

The breakfast was different there, the beds were soft, all you need for a fab stay. Tidy and tidy room with good bathroom. Good bar and modern staff. The service at this design hotel was nice...
